I’m not sure if we are ready to commit to the team. Are we able to do a trial run?
Yes! We offer a free 3-day trial so swimmers can experience our program before committing. During these three days, you’ll meet our coaches, join real practices, and see how fun and supportive our team is. You can sign up here.

How do I know which group to sign my child up for?
Consider age and swimming ability when deciding which group your swimmer will be placed in. You can find a description of the different groups here. If you’re unsure, don’t worry—we’re here to help! Feel free to contact Erin at erin@boerneelite for a recommended time to come to practice. One of our coaches will recommend the best group for your swimmer to ensure the right fit and a great experience.

What are the monthly dues?
Monthly dues vary depending on which program you sign up for. Program pricing can be found on our registration page.

Are there annual administrative fees and what are they?
Yes, we have annual administrative fees to help keep our swim club running smoothly. These fees cover behind-the-scenes essentials and the tools we use to keep practices, meets, and communication organized. Our annual administrative fees are assessed every August and applied to September 1st invoicing. If you have any additional questions regarding annual administrative fees, please contact Erin@boerneelite.com.

Do we have to pay for swim meets? Are there any other fees included?
Yes, you will have to pay for swim meets. Pricing varies depending on the host team- prices will be posted on all meet registrations. Please note that a coaching fee will be applied to all meets as well. If you sign up for a swim meet and then cannot attend, you will still be charged for the meet. If you have specific questions regarding swim meet costs, please contact erin@boerneelite.com.

Is there a discount if we have more than 1 swimmer in our family?
Yes, we have a multi-family discount. For 2+ swimmers, you will receive a 10% discount on monthly dues and annual admin fees. For 3+ swimmers, you will receive a 15% discount.

Where do I go to see my swimmer’s information?
After you have registered for your program, you will be directed to sign into your dashboard from Commit Swimming. You can go here to access your dashboard.

I have downloaded the Commit App, but I don’t see my billing information?
The Commit App will only show your swimmers attendance and workouts. If you want to manage the calendar, billing, and meet declaration, you will need to access your dashboard here.
Canceling or Pausing Membership:

How do I cancel my membership?
The Boerne Elite Aquatics Withdrawal Form is the ONLY method by which a swimmer can withdraw, pause, or change a registration group. Emailing or telling a coach or any other BEA employee DOES NOT meet inactivation or membership change requirements. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. You can complete the Withdrawal Form HERE.

What is your cancellation policy?

​You must provide a 30-day written notice via our Withdrawal Form. Your account will remain billable during the 30-day cancellation notice period.

If the 30-day notice period ends on or before the 15th of the following month, your 1st of the month invoice will be prorated.

Any accounts that become inactive after the 15th of the month will NOT receive a prorated invoice for that month.

Bronze Registration Groups will NOT receive prorated billing adjustments for cancellations.

Can I pause my membership?
Our pause option is designed for families experiencing extended medical situations, the cold winter season (especially for younger swimmers), or extended school-related commitments. Pausing your membership is NOT intended for short-term schedule changes, travel, or non-critical illnesses. When a membership is paused, the swimmer’s training spot, lane space, and coaching resources are held.

Pause Eligibility and Requirements:

A 15-day written notice is required via our Withdrawal Form before a pause will begin.

Pauses must be for a minimum of two (2) months and maximum of four (4) months.

Pauses are not permitted for vacation, travel, other sports conflicts (unless school related), or minor/non-critical injuries/illnesses.

Pauses for injury or critical medical conditions require a doctor’s note.

Membership may be paused only once per calendar year.
