Our Red Developmental Group is designed for beginner swimmers who are building foundational swim skills in a fun, supportive, and encouraging team environment. This group is ideal for swimmers who may not yet know all four competitive strokes and are continuing to develop water confidence, coordination, and endurance. Practices focus on proper technique, listening skills, teamwork, and creating a positive introduction to competitive swimming.

Our Red Training Group is designed for swimmers who have progressed beyond foundational swimming skills and are ready for a more structured and competitive training environment. This group is typically made up of older or more advanced swimmers who demonstrate stronger water confidence, increased independence, and readiness for higher expectations in practice and competition. Swimmers continue refining techniques while building endurance, racing skills, and consistent training habits.

This group focuses on continued stroke development, endurance, and confidence while introducing breaststroke and butterfly in a supportive and encouraging environment.

BRONZE REGISTRATION GROUP
Group Details:
This group is for swimmers who may not be quite ready to participate in several practices per week. This group has 4 practices per month and is able to attend additional at a per/practice rate. Swimmers will be placed with groups of equal skill level. Coach will advise which group schedule to follow for your swimmer.
