Cancellation Policy

By registering myself or my child(ren) with the Boerne Elite Aquatics, I agree to participate (or allow my child(ren) and family members to participate) in the Boerne Elite Aquatics, and hereby release Boerne Elite Aquatics, its directors, officers, agents, coaches, and employees from liability for any injury that might occur to myself (or to my child(ren) and family members) while participating in the Boerne Elite Aquatics program, including travel to and from training sessions, swim meets or other scheduled team activities. Please note that these services may be shared within the same family, but no longer can be shared with multiple families. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the above mentioned organizations and/or individuals, their agents and/or employees, against any and all liability for personal injury, including injuries resulting in death to me, my child(ren) and/or other family members, or damage to my property, the property to my child(ren) and/or other family members, or both, while I (or my child(ren) or family members) participating in the Boerne Elite Aquatics program and other classes. Once booked, sessions are required to be paid in full. If there is a reason to cancel an 20% administrative fee will be charged. No refunds if lesson is cancelled within 24h. If a package is cancelled, once lessons are conducted, the per lesson fee is $80 plus the 20% administrative fee. The remaining balance will be refunded.
